By 2020, Deloitte forecast that 80% of all transactions will still take place offline. However, 46% of those transactions will be affected by digital influence.
We enable towns and cities to benchmark their digital influence against 1300 other high streets, provide access to the #WDYT campaign and a growing suite of tools and events that make it easier for them to increase the collective digital influence of their place.
Participating towns and cities are seeing a significant increase in their ranking in the UK Digital Influence Index.
Our research shows that up to 74% of high street businesses have no active social media presence and 40% have no website.
