Cheltenham went live with the #WDYT campaign in July 2016. Working with Cheltenham BID and the Borough Council the #WDYT team have helped Cheltenham retailers increase their digital influence and they have risen from position 22 to 6 in the Digital Influence Index.
Cheltenham BID Director Kevan Blackadder said:
“#WDYT has given me a different way of engaging with businesses. It’s given the town a more joined up feel. It’s about closing the gap between shopping online and shopping on the high street.”
Businesses and shoppers in Cheltenham take part in the #WDYT campaign by taking a photo and sharing it with #WDYT and #Cheltenham. The #WDYT team amplify all activity and share activity through the National campaign activity on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
